Siniša Mihajlovi was a professional footballer and manager from Serbia. Mihajlović was married to Arianna Rapaccioni, an Italian former television presenter, with whom he had five children.

After three cycles of chemotherapy, he received a bone marrow transplant. Siniša Mihajlovi died on December 16, 2022, in a Rome clinic, as a result of leukemia complications. He was 53.
